California Doctor Accused of Faking Medical Vaccine Exemptions

A local San Francisco pediatrician is under investigation this week following claims that he faked vaccine exemptions. The city attorney’s office issued a subpoena for  Dr. Kenneth Stolle’s patient medical records.

They claim that many of the children Dr. Stolle provided with vaccine exemptions were unqualified.

Ever since 2016’s SB277 passage, all California children who wish to attend public school must be vaccinated. Unless the children’s parents can provide medical exemptions, there are no exceptions. Dr. Stolle is accused of faking these exemptions as a way to allow parents to game the system. The city attorney’s office says Dr. Stolle allowed parents to provide fake exemptions to school officials throughout the area.

The attorney’s office also notes that medical exemptions are surging ever since SB277 passed, something that the state appears to be attempting to now thwart.

The city attorney’s office claims Sr. Stolle provided exemptions following two thirty minute visits and DNA information from 23andMe.

Stoller now has 15 days to respond to the city’s subpoena

Critics of the subpoena are viewing the city attorney’s decision as part of a larger scale witchhunt to cull doctors who liberally provide vaccine exemptions. California is considered one of the more harsh states when it comes to enforcing controversial policies, including vaccines, gun rights, taxation, and censored speech.
